Guinea Pigs here are dinner, not pets. The shaman in the area use them for other reasons. When someone is ill, the shaman takes a black guinea pig and rubs it all over the ill person´s body. After he done doing that, he kills the guniea pig and sees what is inside the body. There is a very high chance that what the person has wrong in his body, so will the guinea pig.
