Beginning of US 5 in Derby Line, Vermont. This picture almost cost me $5000. I spent about 10 minutes riding around town trying to find this sign. The international border runs through the middle of town, but isn't really marked. Apparently, I crossed into Canada and back to the US without realizing it. After taking this picture, I followed the pickup truck in front of me right past the Border Inspection Station. This was a mistake. Five minutes later I was talking to the border patrol.
