The peacock topiaries were the biggest thing that has happened in the Garden, horticulturally speaking, since the 100-year old Dogwood Tree was moved here in 1995. Thanks go out to the local 24th Naval Mobile Construction Battalion, or Seabees, who used their cranes to get the peacocks in place on the garden grounds.
