The office of the Good Government Council. Services are offered to zapatistas and "partidistas" alike. Just before our visit the Junta settled a legal case between two non-zapatistas, at their request and to the satisfaction of all concerned. This Caracol is named "Corazón del Arcoiris de la Esperanza" -- The Heart of the Rainbow of Hope.
