Between The Dalles and Hood River Oregon on HWY84. Only accessable from the westbound lanes at the end of a rest area. Very nice park, especially if you are a railroad buff, tracks at the lower end of the park and also across the river in Washington. Lots of river activity. An island in the middle of the river is a sacred Indian burial ground. Usually very windy here, windsurfing capital of the NW!
