My brother was born here in 1972. Our family first resided in Spangdahlem before securing permanent housing in Traer. I would love to return to Germany someday to visit. I have fond memories our four years there.

My husband was born here in august 1970. His family is from the Carolinas in the US. I thought it would be neat to find someone born around this time or stationed near parents. They were Army Team C 43th USAAD. Any information or photos around this time would be appreciated. Have a blessed day.

This is where my daughters were both born. We were stationed there from 1963-1967. We lived on base two years and off base for two. This brings back a lot of memories. I have been trying to remember our housing - I think it was #17. I used to was to walk my children(I also had two boys)downtown when my husband worked in the tower. We had very little money and it was a nice walk for the family.

I was stationed at B-burg From 78-80. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this the same building?

We were at Spang from 72-74 - our son was born there at Bitburg hospital. Thanks for the photos - lots of great memories. Feels like yesterday. Always enjoyed our time in Germany and all the fun with many German and military friends. Will return again for a visit one day.
