  • Nice! So, Lake Ontario can churn up pretty good? John

  • Looks like the ocean is really churning up the bottom..like the crashing waves on the pier..

  • While all storms vari in strength and intensity,(whether 15 years ago or today) I just don't see how this could demonstrate the effects of global warming. Now if this were a glacier 15 years apart, instead of two different storms which vari in strength and intensity (and probably seasons as well) you could probably see how the glacier has retreated dramaticaly. Pretty cool seeing the same lighthouse 15 years aprt though Thanks,

  • The waves seem much less intense in this one. Of course, the weather systems that originated each of the "seas" would also be a factor. The water here looks really muddy, as if it's swept up a lot of silt. Very interesting comparison shots. ~ Brenda

  • This is nice, but I prefer the "now" with the huge crashing waves. But point taken! God Bless
