  • I love this town,and grow up in it.I left this town when i was 8yo, not having the chance to grow up and live there. Being so far away on the other side of the world,returning several since then.I think Strathaven should be protected in some way,put on the national heritage list,so much character.I no it has changed since the early 1950s,but we have something here that we shouldn't loose.Do something, i wish i could.

  • This is not called Strathaven Square,proper name is the Common Green. This is a beautiful town which hasn't been changed by time much. I was brought up in the lovely town 50 years ago.
