Okay, so Pheobe's not Japanese (she's a roommate, believe it or not -- I don't know why she chose that name), and I'm not quite Japanese either, but this is from the little Japanese cookout night. Oh, and Pheobe's like three inches taller than Tetsuo (she's Atsoko's roommate). It's quite funny.
