This is the shuttle ferry dock which, in the summer runs sometimes up to 7 times a day to Skagway. The trip is about 35mins, for the 14 mile voyage. So folks can enjoy a day-trip to Skagway, ride the train,and return to Haines and not have to spend the night in Skagway. Go to http://www.chilkatcruises.com
