The work of Pablo Picasso is represented in the Philadelphia Museum of Ar by several paintings. In his 'Three Musicians' Picasso uses for the first time a group of people as a cubist subject, three figures from the Italian Commedia dell'Arte, a pierrot, a harlequin and a monk playing a trio.
