In 1537 or 1538 there was a AnaBaptist kind of revival, and Munster was converting from their traditional Catholicism. There was a big war, and the AnaBaptists took over the city. Then Catholic leaders got into the city, behind city walls, and cut three AnaBaptist leaders into fourths and hung them in these cages on the church for the city to see. The last body part fell in 1830 or so, thats THREE HUNDRED years later! Yuck. They say this is why Munster has so many churches now... to make up
