  • No, I don't think so. That may be an optical illusion due to the fact that I was shooting from a somewhat lower elevation, and that the end of the bridge (where the signs are) is purposefully slanted (like some other covered bridges in the area). Display the photo full size, then look at how the boards are cut where the side meets the end. It gives the bridge a "rakish" look, but I don't know if there is any functional reason for it.

  • The contrast between the lighter green and brown bridge is great. Is this one another leaner ?
