The tracks are called RAILS they are used to guide F-15s in to the HAS when you winch, handle or tow. You lift them up with a long steel hook and you have 3in on either side of the main tires when centered.They come in sections about 3ft long and will cut your tire down if you rub them too hard. The wing tip of a 15 is about 15in from the wall when inside. DAMN I miss BITBURG!
