Album Info:
The darling of the Park, a fairly stenuous hike over two miles of slickrock on a hot day may be a bit much, but in the spring and fall when the temperatures are not so hot, and with a good supply of water, this formation will give up some incredible photographs under the low angle light of early morning or early to later evening. Finding ones way back in the dark is another question altogether so a one night campout can give the best of both worlds. There are no "campsites" close to Delicate Arch, but there are many niches and cracks that one can bed down in without doing any damage to the delicate surroundings. I see no harm in that if a person is willing to go to the extra effort.

It's nice to see that this still looks the same as I remember it from 31 years ago, when I was a mere 15 years old!
