Finally, after days of crossing relatively flat land, US 34 entered the mountains. Taking this picture made me a little nervous. When I pulled off the road, I didn't realize I was basically pulling in to someone's driveway. Once I was out of the car taking the picture, I realized there was a creepy looking house in the hillside next to me, and I could hear someone milling about.
