Our thoughts on this resort: We like how Worldmark refurbished the building it has a retro feeling. The top deck is by far the nicest feature. It is a nice location if you are planning to do things in the area. For us our son is stationed on Coronado Island which is just minutes from the condo. Dislikes: We have stayed several times here. Every visit we have felt the rooms are small, noisy and very uncomfortable. Last visit we had a singing refrigerator that went non-stop. The building is full of such noises. Beds are the worst of all the resorts we have visited so far. Not a good one if you are taking the family with you. Just to cramped. The parking is a mess. They don't have enough so plan on walking a block or two if it is busy. They have done away with the valet parking now and now you can pay 16.00 a day to park at the condo. But it is first come first serve. So chances are you still won't get a place to park. We have always had to park on the street. The area around it looks a little seedy. But we have never had a problem. And I feel comfortable enough to walk around in the area. In Closing: The higher points for this place really hurts me. The no parking and then to charge another 16.00 bucks to park doesn't impress me much either. The uncomfortable small noisy rooms just aren't any better then a good motel in the area. We stay here only as a last option when in the area.
