These are wild turkey vultures (buzzards) in the trees above the otter pen. I counted over fifteen of them. We didn't see any apparent reason for them hanging out like they were; however, it was still a little disturbing to pass so closely to them...

I know it wasn't this one. I am stumped. This is an interesting shot. What kind of birds are these? They look like magpies to me.
