(DSC00238) Bobby's Bacungan farm in Puerto Princesa. There are 3 species of Dragon fruit commonly known as "King of All Fruits" - (1) Hylocereus undatus – this is the most common, and it has a pink skin and a white flesh. (2) Hylocereus polyrhizus – a little darker pink skin with red flesh (3)Selenicereus megalanthus –yellow skin and white flesh. The fruit are smaller than the other two varieties (which can weigh up to 1kg) and contains higher levels of sugar. (Taken from http://blog.agriculture.ph/category/busi ness-opportunities/page/13)
