myran51This Sculpture was originally the centerpiece in the WTC Plaza. It is made by Fritz Koenig, as a symbol of world peace... Perhaps the most emotionally charged piece in Battery Park. It was damaged in the 9/11 attack, but survived destruction. It was placed on display as it was found.. Relocated some six months after the terrorist attacks.
