this guy here was telling us that you can tell the difference between the marines and the army men in this memorial b/c of their chin-straps... if they were undone you were in the army and if they were buckled you were in the marines (or something like that) i think the marines were more strick on their uniform.. and also there are lines of marble squares going across, which is sapposed to represent rice fields or something like that... which makes sense because asians love their rice. and there are 19 soldiers, and when the suns out they cast a shadow, showing 38 soldiers, and something about the 38th parallel? i think the korean war was fought there? i dont know you guys know about this more than we do!
