Getting around Moscow on my own was quite challenging. The signs were in Russian and the metro has Russian only signs. Kitay Gorod is a historic neighbourhood right next to the Red Square in Moscow. Upon arriving in Moscow, it took me over 2.5 hours to clear immigration and transferred to the hotel. After putting my luggage away, I immediately went to the historic centre to explore this fascinating city.
