Album Info:

Janet and I own a small vacation home at Cudjo Point on Honey Creek in Camden County. It has a deep water dock, access to hundreds of square miles of inland waterways (including the Atlantic Ocean) and some of the best fishing in North America. On our first day we caught ten sea trout, all over thirteen inches long, in less than two hours. On this morning during the drive out I missed photographing a truly biblical sunrise by just a matter of minutes; but the fishing was good enough later that day to more than make up for it.

    • Oooops... My Great Grandfather just reminded me that I forgot to mention that I am also the Great-granddaughter of an Alaskan troller! AND I'm STILL so thrilled that you'd think each one was my first...

    • Good fishing make up for a biblical sunrise? Well... I guess it's possible! I think maybe, only for me if I had caught a few magnificently lively King salmon. They make my heart sing and I have actually embarrassed more than a few folks with my ecstatic exclamations of joy at their spectacular fight! You see... locals, and especially the grand-daughter and daughter of Alaskan Fishermen, are not supposed to react with such enthusiasm at the routine catching of a King!
