This town in Sacatepequez region is know to have the best textiles in the entire Maya World. The fabrics are done in weist looming and those are made reverseval. The women spend two or three month weaving each piece. The design is made by memory and the learn this skills since they are little girls. Mayas consider the Education should be run by the parents themselves, not by any strage person away from the family core. Women teach to their dauthers how to weave and administate the house since early ages.
