Eastern slopes of Haleakala, Maui east coast. It gets really interesting from here!!! Route 31 ~ Amazing, isn't it? It is more like The Path to Hana. I love it! And I sincerely hope it remains this way. It would be a real travesty if this road is improved, as the remote, very inaccessibility is what protects Hana.
