Album Info:

Mt Iriga (or Mt Asog) is classified as a dormant stratovolcano. The nearby Lake Buhi was formed from Iriga's last volcanic eruption on January 4, 1641. This same eruption is responsible for the abrupt, knife-edged landforms that characterize the mountain slopes. [Lake Buhi is a lake found in Camarines Sur, Philippines. It has an area of 18 square kilometres and has an average depth of 8 meters. The lake lays in the valley formed by two ancient volcanoes, Mt. Iriga and Mt. Malimas. It was created in 1641, when an earthquake caused a side of Mt. Iriga to collapse. The resulting landslide created a natural dam that blocked the flow of nearby streams. The forest surrounding the lake is the home of at least 25 bird species. ~~~Taken from (Taken from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Buhi) ]
