Album Info:

Molave, a tough hardwood, is a highly-prized timber for furniture; also used as load-bearing posts for the old, pre-war Spanish-type houses as they are impervious to termite attacks. The molave (Vitex parviflora) tree is richly branched, with trifoliate leaves. The flowers are violet-colored and the fruits pea-sized and dark purple to black. The other local name for molave is "mulawin".

    • I am referring to the "Grand Molave Tree" picture. My daughter has to go and see one for her science project. I hope you can revert soon. Thanks a lot.
