I did stop in Eureka, Nevada. I was hungry and I notice they had a casino, which usually means food. After talking with the locals, they really didn't recommend the casino. Their first suggestion was a deli outside of town, but their second suggestion of Chinese sounded better and was more convenient. Wish I got a photo. Picture an old style restaurant done up with Chinese decorations. I was the only customer for lunch. The owner and his wife at the same time I did.
