At first I didn't know what the big blurred area was but I now see that it's the sky. Not the best picture I've seen of this area maybe it was the time of day or the weather that made the picture darker then most photo's I've seen of this area. You had another picture that I thought showed the area alot brighter.

Feeling that even lower brightness (20% shadow surfaces), but feeling warm condition from brick color tone of buidlings. On the other hand, finding sphare shape of sky surface where looks higher brightness (focus issue?).. mmm, it is tricky "contrast".
