    • Dear Mary Ann. So pleased after your message. The feeling you describe cudling Doglas is know by many dog loving people, including me. As a child my dog was a "mahusay na suporta" to me. I recognize the Hydrangea; a plant species that grows in our garden. Manilla has been in my thoughts the past days, heavy rainfall, landslides, making more then 100.000 people homeless, 23 victims, half of the town "ay sa ilalim ng tubig" is what todays paper tells us, showing a photo of a family surviving in Paranaque. My Dutch Philippine friend states that people in her homeand are used to this, but after having seen yesterdays photo of people trying to safe as much as possible, I hesitated to order books from Ardana bookstore. My friend, who is teaching in Alaminos selected the book "Paradise of the animals" by Virgilio S. Almario ISBN 971-508-256-4, to be of value to teach the value of peace and harmony for pupils in the age of 8, 9. My last album could probably fit perfect in this theme. have a great day, with regards from
