The "Odyssey of the Spirit" window details the historic explorations of Meriwether Lewis and William Clark, was designed by Anthony Mako and E. Crosby Willet, and, located in Washington National Cathedral's south outer aisle, produces beautiful projections of red, blue, purple and pink. Here that projection falls on the base of a main arcade pier (not really a column) dedicated to a group known as The Cathedral Thousand.
