Creamish Limestone Stalactite Spotlighted by a Halogen Lamp

Album Info:
(DSC01259) We had to have great imagination when our guide was describing the several rock, stalactite & stalagmite formations while a willing volunteer among the visitors held up a halogen lamp to illuminate the rock formations & chambers inside the cave. Some of the chambers are cavernous like the "Cathedral" area and another (unnamed) with a 65m high ceiling. The mountain above us, is known as St Paul, was said to remind its namer (an English sailor) of St Paul’s Cathedral dome in London.
