Melin Bompren Corn Mill, Cross Inn, Ceredigion. Built 1852-3 re-erected 1977. This is typical of hundreds of Welsh corn mills built to convert corn to flour. Most were water driven and were built near streams from which the water could be diverted into a mill pond.
