A red phone box on the main street in Pembridge (Herefordshire, England, near the Welsh border), on a partly sunny afternoon in mid-April 2001. For its half-timbered houses with painted oak beams, Pembridge is known as one of Herefordshire's "black-and-white" villages. [digitised slide]
