  • AMAZING! I smart on traffic signals. Reason why there is a flashing reds on the other side of the intersection is because I thinking the street that may go across or turn off of doesn't have many cars. The green light on facing street changes when somebody uses the cross signal by a push of the button bellow the walk/cross signal.
