Album Info:

(DSC08082) This photo was taken in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan province during my first trip to Isabela. I had to travel from Santiago, Isabela to Tuguegarao, Cagayan so I could catch a next day flight back to Manila. There are only 3-days-a-week flights in Cauwayan, Isabela, while there are daily flights in Tuguegarao, Cagayan. In Tuguegarao, you can still see many "calesas" (or pony-drawn carriages) plying the main city streets, which is very similar to streets in Manila Chinatown or Binondo. I found this very quaint & fascinating.
