Album Info:

(DSC03389) English Translation of Marker: "This camp, which used to be called "O-RING-AO" by the Igorot natives of Baguio, was established in 1908 under the leadership of Benguet Governor William F. Pack and the Secretary of the Bureau of Public Instruction Morgan W. Shuster - for the purpose of providing a suitable vacation place for teachers and employees of the Bureau of Public Instruction. Since then this camp has held annual conferences for school superintendents, and summer classes for camp workers & public school teachers across the country."
