Camiguin - Indeed, an Island Born of Fire!
maryan54 > albums > Glimpse of Camiguin Island
Album Info:
(DSC01897) The tiny island of Camiguin is packed with many natural wonders: more than 7 volcanoes, a number of waterfalls, hot & cold springs, small islets with white sand beaches, fertile volcanic soil for plant crops, indigenous flora & fauna, and many more. But the one thing that captivates me most about this place is its people who live in the shadows of many volcanoes that may awaken. They are peaceful & fun-loving and have learned to accept & live with the dark mood of its famous resident - Mt Hibok-hibok. In a way, Camiguingnons have learned to live with fire beneath their feet, and thus, appreciate life to its utmost!

This must be a lovely view that saddens one's heart as he leaves this beautiful island and it's warm people. This is another masterpiece of a project, Mary Ann! From my heart, thanks for sharing. May the Lord reward you for your altruistic work!
