Album Info:

I was very pleasantly surprised to see that these tombstones have all been cleaned and repaired. In the past, some of them were actually broken into pieces while most of them had become completely illegible.

    • ... it's significant to note that you were here, at this place ... on a "flat" light day ... very evocative!!!

    • IN THE 70 AND 80'S IT WAS AS YOU DESCRIBED AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A NEAT DIFFERENT PLACE WITH ALL THE CARE THE CEMETARY HAS HAD! REMEMBER A FEW YEARS BACK THEY HAD THE GLOBAL WORLD SUMMIT OR SOMETHING WHEN GEORGE BUSH WENT THERE? IT WAS ON SEA ISLAND WHICH IS JUST A STONES THROW OFF OF ST. SIMONS ISLAND WHERE YOU TOOK THESE. I THINK IT WAS AT THE CLOISTER HOTEL, A 5 STAR HOTEL!
