One can see the old charm of this seemingly rundown building. It even has that very quaint-looking "cupola" at the top of the building. In architecture, a cupola or lantern consists of a dome-shaped or quadrilateral-shaped ornamental structure located on top of a larger roof or dome, often used as a lookout or to admit light and provide ventilation. (Definition from Wikipedia) How I wish they could restore this building and retain that same cupola in all its gleaming charm!
