Santiago produces a lot of Tomatoe. This is one of the original products the Mayas started to cultivate sevral milleniums ago. Then the Aztecs imported this products from Mayas and gave Nahuatl names. Kakao is Origianly from the maya Region, in the South Coast of Guatemala and was originaly called Kakao, then the Aztecs called Xocolatl, and Spanish called Chocolate.
