Jasmine Tower, also known as Mussaman Burj, was where Shah Jahan was imprisoned by his son Aurangazeb along with his daughter Jahanara. From here he could gaze at the Taj Mahal which he had built for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Shah Jahan died in the tower.
