This is a great location, I don't think I know how you got here...it seems to be taken from a spot passed Rocky Point Restaurant, and that seems to be Rocky Creek Bridge. But as far as I know, there is no shore access in this area...(all private property). Anyway, I love those scattered rocks that work so well with the long exposure (for my taste) :o)
