Dr. Graetz, who is retired, owns this house. Within walking distance of the house were six restaurants, a grocery store and a bus stop, which led into the city. Dr. Graetz had planned to live the rest of his life in this house and walk to the local businesses when he could no longer drive. Now he carries a keychain with color coded keys - red, yellow, green, purple and black - so he can keep straight which of his friends' houses he is staying at each night.
