Dear Clark; Just had to come back and see this again. It has been so exciting for you to have won the challenge that led up to you being posted on the front page. It is actually two honors here that you have claimed and I am so happy for you. It is your undisputed talent that has earned you this honor. I had just arrived on Maui when you and I came to this special beach, took our photos and talked with that couple who was going to be married here the next morning. Use coral safe sunscreen. We have plumera trees in California. When I arrived in Maui, Hawaii, I wasn't sure if that was a Plumera Tree I was seeing. Nothing like we grow them here. Ah, the smell. My old Cannon D-360L 1.3 Meg |cir. 1996ish, didn't quite capture the shot.

Absolutely Spectacular! We were in Hawai'i twice over the past year. We stayed in Kona and toured the Big Island on a Vacation last summer. Then my wife and I went to Kaua'i and Honolulu for our honeymoon at the end of January/early February. Both trips were spectacular. This photo is absolutely amazing. Very well done.
