Album Info:

This view looks north from the scenic overlook at the North Vista Point near the Sea View School. Sea stacks form most commonly on chalk cliffs. Chalk cliffs erode, but not too quickly. Cliffs of weaker rock, such as clay, tend to erode too quickly to support the formation of stacks. Cliffs of harder rock, such as granite, erode in a different way and don't form sea stacks either.
