  • PS I downloaded a picture to my webshots site to show you how your photo would be used. It is in an album entitled Mike. Thanks so much, Nancy

  • Dear Sir, I found the photo you took of Amicalola Falls in a search. Whoa, it is beautiful! And your pictures are pretty amazing. This is my request. I am making a photo memory quilt for my friend whose 51 year old husband died in Sept. They live in Michigan but built a cabin in Georga. The photos on the quilt are primarily of Mike and their family. But I want to include a couple of nature scenes with Bible verses typed over them. I am going to quote Debby's request... "1. The more I think about it, the more I would like to have the Amicolola Falls as the scene behind Mike's name. That was the last hike (Feb 08) we took and it was quite a challenge after his surgery...he didn't think he could go the distance but he did! We looked at the feat as a physical accomplishment and the first step in the healing of his body. I saw some good pictures under Google images, just don't know if you can use them." Could I get permission from you to use your photo? I could give you credit on the label on the back of the quilt. If you are willing could you e the picture to me or tell me how to download it? my e address is classicquiltdesigns@mac.c om Also, I am not making money on this project. my quilting business is different entirely. I am just doing this as a love gift to my friend. Sorry to be so lengthy. Warmest regards, Nancy

  • Great photo. I need lessons from you on how to get such a great range of exposure. I notice you used spot metering. Where you metering the rocks - about midway up?
