We pulled into Portland on Tuesday evening, May 23, 2006, and only had time that night to visit one of the many lighthouses in the area. Portland Head Light was easy to find so we picked that one and planned to see the others on the 24th. This is one gorgeous lighthouse, perched on the rocks with a beautiful keeper's house attached.
